# How it works

Think of Activations like trading pairs, but for attention and engagement instead of tokens.

When users complete the specific action(s) you define:

* Their completion is automatically verified
* Rewards (if FCFS) are instantly distributed
* You gain valuable users and onchain data from the activity

**Start driving user engagement & earning in three simple steps:**

1. **Create Activations** - Define the actions you want users to take
2. **Set Rewards** - Choose what users earn for completing your actions
3. **Scale & Retain** - Leverage completion data (via CUBEs) to target users for future campaigns, build allowlists, and foster long-term community loyalty

That's it! Everything is automatic once your activation is live.
